Phased Festival Experience Planning and Integration
Developed a strategic roadmap for the festival experience, aligning it with social media objectives, and ensuring seamless integration with overall business goals.
Pre-Festival 1.0
The design centered on a clean, minimalist aesthetic with an interactive button to replace the basic button look for ticket purchases.
The pre-festival phase focused on driving early bird ticket sales and building event anticipation.
We aimed to fit the overall art direction for social media post and apply it in the litesite while also learn how users react to a non-traditional CTA design.
Pre-Festival 2.0
As the festival approached, our focus for the website shifted to creating a centralized hub for all essential attendee information.
To maintain excitement, we implemented a prominent countdown timer. Based on user behavior analysis indicating a preference for visual content, we designed a visually engaging festival guide.
This guide covered key areas such as payment options, parking, safety guidelines, the event lineup, and merchandise offerings.
Modular design blocks was used to build the litesite to ensure we can put together and change content fast and efficiently.
Festival D-Day!
To keep things fresh and engaging, we added dynamic elements like a news ticker for the latest updates and real-time weather displays.
We were all set to keep the site buzzing with daily updates, but unfortunately, the festival was called off after just one day.
It was a bummer, as we were really looking forward to seeing how these new features would enhance the user experience.
